Dark Vileplume Holo 13/82 Pokémon Team Rocket Raw

Dark Vileplume #13/82 is a Grass-type Stage 2 Pokémon card from the Team Rocket expansion, not the Fossil set, and was released in April 2000 by Wizards of the Coast. It evolves from Dark Gloom and features artwork by Kagemaru Himeno.
