This Standard-legal set introduces two new mechanics: Blight, which utilizes -1/-1 counters as a cost or effect by placing them on a creature you control, and Vivid, an ability word that rewards players for controlling permanents of multiple colors, alongside returning favorites like Changeling, Evoke, Persist, Convoke, and Behold to support deep tribal synergies for Elves, Goblins, Merfolk, Kithkin, and Elementals.
