Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood is a first-person shooter game developed by Techland and published by Ubisoft. It was released in 2009 for the PlayStation 3, Windows, and Xbox 360. This prequel to the original Call of Juarez takes place 20 years before the events of the first game and follows the story of the McCall brothers, Ray and Thomas, as they fight in the American Civil War. Along the way, they meet the bandit Juan ‘Juarez’ Mendoza, his girlfriend Marisa, and discover the legend of the Gold of Juarez. Gameplay focuses on a visceral shooting experience with a variety of weapons, upgradeable guns, and each brother, Ray and Thomas, offering their own unique style of gameplay.
