Electabuzz #2/63 is a Lightning-type Basic Pokémon card from the Wizards of the Coast (WOTC) Black Star Promos, released in November 1999 as part of a theatrical promotion for Pokémon: The First Movie – Mewtwo Strikes Back. Illustrated by Ken Sugimori, it features 60 HP, a Retreat Cost of 2, and a weakness to Fighting. Its abilities include Light Screen, which halves incoming damage during the opponent’s next turn (rounded down), and Quick Attack, a 10+ damage move that flips a coin for +20 extra damage on heads.

This non-holo promo card was distributed randomly to moviegoers who purchased tickets, making it one of four possible cards in the set (alongside Mewtwo, Pikachu, and Dragonite).
