Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is an action-adventure game created by Rockstar Leeds and Rockstar North, and published by Rockstar Games. Released in 2005 for the PlayStation Portable (PSP) and in 2006 for the PlayStation 2 (PS2), this game is the ninth installment in the popular Grand Theft Auto series. Set in a fictional version of New York City in 1998, players take on the role of former hitman Toni Cipriani as he navigates the criminal underworld to reclaim his standing in the Leone crime family. With a mix of driving, shooting, and exploration, players must complete missions and side jobs to progress through the story.
