Hoopa EX (012/027 CP2) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon-EX card from the Legendary Shine Collection (CP2), a Japanese Concept Pack released on July 18, 2015, to coincide with the movie The Archdjinni of the Rings: Hoopa. With 140 HP, it features two attacks: "Hyperspace Ring," which lets you search your deck for up to two Item cards and add them to your hand, and "Wonder Trick" (100 damage), which forces your opponent to switch their Active Pokémon with one from their Bench. Illustrated by Hitoshi Ariga, it has a Psychic-type weakness (×2), no resistance, and a retreat cost of two Colorless Energy.
