Infernape LV.X #121/130 from the Pokémon Diamond & Pearl Base Set (2007) is a Rare Holo LV.X Fire-type Level-Up Pokémon card illustrated by Shizurow. With 120 HP and no retreat cost, it evolves from Infernape at any level and can use attacks and abilities from its previous stages. Its Poké-Power, Burning Head, allows players to draw a card by discarding two from the top of their deck once per turn. Its attack, Flare Up, deals 150 damage and lets the player shuffle eight Fire Energy cards from their discard pile back into their deck, provided they have enough. This card was part of the 130-card Diamond & Pearl expansion, the first to introduce the LV.X mechanic, allowing evolved Pokémon to retain prior abilities.

The Cosmos Holo variant features a distinctive foil background with a "fireworks" or starburst pattern across the card, excluding the artwork window.
