Mewtwo Holo 10/102 Pokémon Base Set Unlimited Raw

Mewtwo #10/102 from the Pokémon Base Set Unlimited is a Holo Rare Psychic-type Basic Pokémon card released by Wizards of the Coast in 1999. With 60 HP and a retreat cost of three Colorless energy, it features two attacks: Psychic (10+ damage based on the opponent’s attached Energy) and Barrier (discard one Psychic Energy to block all damage and effects on Mewtwo during the opponent’s next turn). Illustrated by Ken Sugimori, the card is part of the original 102-card Base Set and is widely recognized for its striking holographic foil and iconic design. Unlike the 1st Edition and Shadowless versions, the Unlimited edition lacks the "1st Edition" stamp and shadow beneath the artwork, making it more common but still highly collectible.

Tip:This is the first Mewtwo card released for the Pokémon TCG. While its stats might not live up to Mewtwo's lore as one of the most powerful first generation Pokémon, that hardly matters—every kid who saw Pokémon: The First Movie wanted a copy of this card.
