Nosepass (18/109 from Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire) is a Fighting-type Basic Pokémon card. Introduced in the EX Ruby & Sapphire expansion, this card features a Pokémon that closely matches the behavior of the in-game creature, known for its largely immobile, statue-like appearance. Nosepass is a blue, angular, bipedal Pokémon that resembles a Moai statue, with a bright red, triangular nose that functions as an electromagnet, always pointing north.
In the TCG, Nosepass has 60 HP and a Fighting-type classification. It has an attack called “Invisible Hand,” which allows the player to search their deck for any one card and put it into their hand, provided that any of their opponent’s Active Pokémon are Evolved Pokémon. After using this attack, the player must shuffle their deck. Additionally, Nosepass has another attack called “Repulsion,” which involves flipping a coin; if heads, the opponent returns the Defending Pokémon and all cards attached to it to their hand. This attack is ineffective if the opponent does not have any Benched Pokémon or other Active Pokémon.
Nosepass is a rare card from the EX Ruby & Sapphire set, and it was released on June 18, 2003. The card’s ID is H-30-#, and it includes a Dot Code strip containing Pokédex information, a TCG glossary snippet, and a brief area summary for Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
