Raichu (14/102) from the Pokémon Base Set Unlimited edition is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon with 80 HP, evolving from Pikachu.  Illustrated by Ken Sugimori, this Holo Rare card features the iconic Electric-type Pokémon known for its powerful tail that grounds excess electricity. It was released during the early era of the Pokémon TCG by Wizards of the Coast and remains a nostalgic favorite among collectors. 

The card has two attacks: Agility, which deals 20 damage and allows a coin flip to prevent all damage and effects to Raichu on the opponent’s next turn if heads, and Thunder, which deals 60 damage but risks 30 self-damage if the coin flip results in tails.  With a retreat cost of one Colorless Energy and a weakness to Fighting-type Pokémon, it reflects the classic gameplay mechanics of the Base Set format
