Raichu #14/62 from the Fossil expansion is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon card that evolves from Pikachu, featuring artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita. With 90 HP and a Retreat Cost of 1, it carries the weakness to Water and no resistance. Its attack, Gigashock, deals 30 damage and allows the player to choose up to three of the opponent’s Benched Pokémon, dealing 10 damage to each (without applying Weakness or Resistance).  The card's Pokédex entry reads: "Its long tail serves as a ground to protect itself from its own high voltage power."Weakness

Released in October 1999 as part of the third Pokémon TCG expansion, Fossil, this Holo Rare card was issued in both 1st Edition and Unlimited prints. The holographic foil treatment covers the entire card, giving it a shimmering, reflective appearance that was characteristic of early TCG sets. While not a top-tier competitive card by modern standards, its nostalgic appeal and status as a classic Stage 1 Electric-type make it a popular choice among collectors.
