Rebel Raiders: Operation Nighthawk is an arcade-style air combat game set in a futuristic universe where the human race has conquered the Solar System under the oppressive Union of World Nations (UWN)  In response to the UWN's tyranny, a rebellion led by the Alliance of Independent States (AIS) fights for freedom through constant, high-stakes aerial battles. Players take on the role of the leader of the Ghost Squadron, commanding a variety of high-tech aircraft in a campaign of 16 unique missions designed to challenge the Union's dominance and reclaim independence. The game emphasizes frantic, non-stop dogfighting over realistic flight simulation, offering an intense and fast-paced experience.
