In 2008, Atari released Wacky Races: Crash & Dash for the Nintendo Wii. Developed by Eidos Interactive, the racing video game is based on the animated TV series and features familiar characters and cars. Players can choose from three modes: Crazy Circuit, Wacky Race, and Trap Challenge. In Crazy Circuit, they compete in six sets of races and collect Mad Dash cogs to unlock new tracks and vehicles. Modeled after the TV show, Wacky Race allows players to race on unlocked tracks, while Trap Challenge poses obstacles set by Dastardly and Muttley. With 11 playable characters, 24 colorful tracks, and a unique Wii remote control, players can collect power-ups and race as their favorite character to be the ultimate wacky racer.
